Where we ship
All orders ship from the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Delivery times below start from the day your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates in business days after your order ships and are not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping Protection
You can add optional Shipping Protection ($3.00) in your cart. It covers your parcel against loss, theft and damage in transit; if something goes wrong, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or a refund.
Local laws
Slingshot laws differ by state and city. Please check that the product is legal where you live before ordering.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can only update it before the order has shipped.
