You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and photos of the item.
- Our support team will reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before you receive them.
- Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and process your refund within 48 hours, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs on returns
- Change of mind: the original shipping charge is not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Our error (wrong item sent, item damaged in transit, or a quality defect): we cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Bundle discounts
If you return part of an order that received a bundle discount, the refund for the returned items is based on the discounted price you paid.
